Facebook Stories is an afterthought for most creatives. Which is a shame, because the platform boasts a larger audience than the SuperBowl. Not to mention one you can actually interact with. So we set out to prove just how powerful - and creatively fulfilling - that vertical space could be. The campaign, called Stories can do it, issued challenges to the Facebook community that could only be completed through Stories.

Stories can do it.

Challenge 1: Can Stories make the most unwanted dogs wanted?

This one required working with a local animal rescue to get some of their most unadoptable dogs adopted by creating a series of 15 second films for each dog, and allowing people to adopt them by swiping up.

Challenge 2: Can Stories help a comedian hone their craft?

It takes years of touring for most comedians to hone their skills and learn from their audiences. But what if a comedian could get instant feedback on their act in real time? This challenge involved getting a comedian not only brave enough to put herself in front of a huge audience, but to actually encourage feedback from each and every member of that audience. Luckily, people played nice…ish.
